Langdam is the result of a process of hard work, love and dedication which, in many ways, began in 1717 under the lands first owners. This dedication, combined with a love of hospitality, our unique location and the passion of the people that call this place home truly make this farm special. Positioned on the slopes of the Langeberg mountain and overlooking the Koo valley, with breathtaking views and untouched nature, you could not find a better place to escape the burdens of modern day living.

A tale best told around our roaring bonfire or over a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the valley. Learn what makes Langdam so very special.
Home to a menagerie of animals, we hope you enjoy their company as much as we do. Meet the three horses, eight dogs, two turkeys, five geese and an unknown number of chickens who all play their part in making us what we are.

Langdam farm is not just a name, its an identity. Farming forms a big part of daily life at the foot of our mountain. Wine, pears, apricots, pluims and more. All farmed with kindness and respect for the land in mind.

The team that keep the gears of our home turning are a diverse blend of personalities. Each playing their part to organise the chaos.
